At Incodid, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy on our Mini MRI Models and Mini Sonography Models.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
